Our turkeys are humanely raised on small family Amish & Mennonite farms in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country. Our turkeys are fed an all vegetarian and gluten-free diet of locally grown corn and soybeans that are ground right at the farm and enhanced with vitamins and minerals. A blend of rich, dark thigh meat and lean white meat yields a 88/12 lean-to-fat ratio.
