The Care Center Foundation promotes community partnerships by providing a presence and support in the West Chester Community it serves. The Care center empowers those who give and those who receive through educational and social activities. Their location in the heart of West Chester allows them to easily work with the community. Through the kindness and generosity of donors, The Care Center Foundation is able to help neighbors in need with food, clothing, toys, and bicycles.
